How to request account and data deletion for Langmeet

1. Account Deletion Request

At Epogia LLC, we respect your privacy and give you control over your data. If you wish to delete your Langmeet account and associated data, you can do so by following the steps below.

2. Steps to Request Deletion

You can request account deletion in two ways:

  • Within the App: Go to Profile > Settings > Account, and tap "Delete Account". Follow the prompts to confirm your deletion.
  • Via Email: Send an email from the address associated with your account to support@langmeet.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include your username or phone number associated with the account.

3. What Data is Deleted?

Upon processing your deletion request, the following data will be permanently deleted from our servers:

  • Personal Profile Information (Name, email address, phone number)
  • Profile Picture
  • Lesson History and Progress
  • AI Conversation Logs and Speech Data
  • Usage Data and Preferences

4. Data Retention

Please note that while your active profile and learning data will be deleted immediately, we may retain certain information for up to 90 days in our secure backups. Additionally, we may keep limited records (such as transaction history for billing purposes) as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
