Langmeet is an AI-powered language learning platform that provides:

• Interactive language lessons and practice exercises
• AI-powered conversation practice with virtual tutors

• Progress tracking and performance analytics
• Personalized learning paths and recommendations

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate

Langmeet may offer free and premium subscription plans. Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).

6.2 Payment Terms

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the period you have paid for.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Langmeet and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent. The Langmeet name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Langmeet.

8. AI and Machine Learning

Langmeet uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide personalized language instruction. You understand and agree that:

• AI responses are generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated content
• You should use your judgment and verify important information independently
• AI tutors are educational tools and do not replace professional language instruction

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee any specific learning outcomes or results.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LANGMEET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Langmeet and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features in the Service.
